You know it's going. Okay, I keep having like today, I've been like panicked, alittle bit Eddie you're, panicking. I pamicked a little. I was like. Oh myGod, do I have a fever? Oh No, all afternoo I've been like. Oh my God. Ithink I've got it. Okay got the COVID. I L, I hope not- is news. TCOVIN coverange tonight, ofcourse, covid crashes Congress talk to you about how Covid is infecting Congress like the virus. Itis it's a virus intecting V, a virus. I don't even know that was possible viruson virus action. Also, our guest tonight is Jason. Callfor Congress he's running for Congress in Washington, state well talk to himand then also more stuff. More covid coverage continues on because that'swhat everybody's talking about before we get into that Jason, you mentionedthat you thought you might be getting sick. Are you are you for real there? How do you did you take your temperature rectily? How do we know you know we don't know for sure, but Idefinitely like Han a panic moment like you, don't know if you're sure, if youtook your temperature rectily, oh my God, I think I have a fever rightnow. I don't feel good. Can you take your temperature live onthe air foruce? No, why is that such a strong? Now, it's personal th, the personal it'spersonal, to take your temperature live on the air yeah, because what, if I do,have it what you don't want people to know? I don't want know why. Why, becausethen people think I'm a weaper or something nobody's going to thinkyou're a leper. If you have it? No, you don't know that if you have ite think people are going to feel sorry for you. So what do you one R? Your symptoms?Right now fear panic! That's about it! You knowI've been kind of going on and off of this too, I had a really bad cough forone day a couple days ago, and I was like what asdid you hung out with meyesterday. Well, then, it went away, it was just it was just allergies. I tookan Alergy pill and I went away so I assumed his allergies, but because thathappens to me sometimes with allergies, the Wei we alk the key. Maybe it's justan allergy pill. Yes, I mean, if you tell if we tweet, that to Djt, he mighttake us for a word yeah, because that actually goes intoour first segment a little bit where yeah he kind of is contradicting El.That kind of he is contradicting doctors and he is coming up with hisown advice for Covid nineteen and it's God, damn crazy, vary EA. Remember whenhe wasn't listening to the experts andlook where we're at now. So yeah yeah, but how how you really Oowam I doingis, are you going to say I was Goin. No ask you the same question I was. I wasasking you like what how are you doing during all of this like what are youdoing at home? Now that we're stuck at home, I would say the ALCOHOLCconsumption has gone up a lot. I would saywat yeah, which is hatgay. I think that's a responsible thing to do right now. It's, but it's because of stress you know, and and normally my copingmechanism is to go to the gym and I haven't been able to do that, I'mreally sort of, and then I was like. Okay I'll go on bike rides, it's beencold here where we live so yeah, but B SI pinking. Maybe I did T thought about it. I Trieto do some some at home, workout stuff. The other day, though I did like somepushups and some situps and stuff, and then then I tried to Jazzer sothing. Itried to yeah, I tried to jog and that didn't work out for me because my mylegs really started to hurt Shit, Pren yeah, not a good jogger. I would liketo be, but I'm not. I don't know what the trick is, but they sayhe beforethey say the best way to cope is to create new routines and I'm trying toI'm trying to figure out different ways to be active and riding. My bike issomething I really enjoy and at once I can start doing that more. I ThinkII'll start to feel better overall, overall, just trying to keep busy withwork and yeah just day to day life. What aboutyou? You know I've been home for a week now...

...and the big thing for me has been liketrying to stick to like creating a schedule for myself. So it was that man thing so well. You know so I wake up. You know I do my normal morning route game as ifI was going to work so I get up. I start my coffee. As soon as the coffeestot starts browing I go and do my poop. Then, when I ca you have that writtenon your schedule, oop! No, it's just a routine right, Likay,my I guess more of routine I'd like to see your schedule, seven thirty POOP OOP! Now it is usually at a certaintime all right. What else? What Aa Cup of coffee? Ihang out watch a little bit of news. See what's happening, makes a breakfast take a shower. You know maybe do alittle whatever for an hour and then I take the dog out and I take the dogwe go, do a errand or two and then we go to the dog park. I come home, I havelunch. You know it's just seems so Madane, but it is a schedulethat I'm sticking to which I enjoy it's hard. It's particularly hard for youbecause you usually have to go into work. You Work and retail. My joballows me to work from home. So to me, it's really not that big of anadjustment to be working from home more and I feel for people who aren't usedto it because it it does take some getting used to. But I've been doing itfor so long now that to me it's just like whatever you know so a'm not asaffected, and on top of that I don't have very many friends these days. Soit's not like my social schedules being disrupted HAH. Can we can we dive intothis little bit like over the last like several months. You continue to saythat you don't have a very that many friends anymore yeah. I don't like it'sjust a fas. It's like STILF reflection like is this like something you'reworking through right now. It's just a fact is what it is yeah, but it's like always top of mindlike yeah. Is it bothering you it does yeah, I huh, but you know it's just life and Im,not good enough for you. Oh No, you guys are great. You guys are my friends. That's about it. Yeah I mean Chris is texting us at five. Thirty in the morning yeahk me up, and I like I stayed upsome. You know after he text Hem, I ean. I don't know what I do without you guys. You guys are my best friend so yeah, but I'm justsaying like I don't besides you guys, and we don't really hang out that muchbeyond the show, just because our lives are busy and a other people have youknow during the weekends they're getting together with friends and beingsocial. I haven't done that in a while. So I'm not really missing anythingpeople ar age, yeah, really yeah, Lik Co. Oh my God. Let e me the namename, Simi, Atammy and and Sam and D and Jimmy- and I don't know, are youfacebook inve? Is this like I'm on faces like Waover, your the you shouldav? This is this being caused by your facebook. You should have seen thebrunch that that John posted the other day are you being jealous of facebook. Isthis why ou all right? This is ridiculous. Like you en talk about thedirty deets at this week's most important stories what's happening, djt appears to be getting annoyed with the government's top infectious diseaseexpert, Dr Anthony Fouche Yeah Yeah he's Dr Fauche has been standing nextto djt during these these covid nineteen task force briefings most of them anyway. He somtimes he'snot there yeah, yeah and so he's. Currently he directorof the National Institute of Allergy and infectous diseases, so he should bethe guy that we go to for all the information right. One would assumebout. I would think so. I eyou know I don't know if you watched any of thebriefings, but he is like a fresh of breath aire he, the guys ar upon he'sthe real deal this fouchy, I don't even know how he ended up in trump circle, because the guy actually he's a legit doctor and T, and he here is Georgew Bush during onethousand nine hundred and eighty eight debate saying how great Dr Fouchi is listen tothis. This is dug up in the archive and thets news toUS Archi. If here we go up a litter, clean and honorable and out theresetting a setting the pace, I think a doctor, folchee, probably never heard of Dou- did Ann heard him he's a very fineresearch top doctor at national instantealth working hard doingsomething about research on this...

...disease of AIDS, where Yoa so the guy.His had high pray since the S that's like thirty years, but math is correct. So He's a! Why doesn't Djt like the guy or? What's the deal well he's constantly contradicting DJT? OhYeah, you have to kiss Djt robbeys, for you know he djt's kind of given hima little bit of leeway here, which is surprising because most people, if youcontradict Djt you're out of there your fin get at I e Dr Bout, Dr Fauche, seems to be able to be resistant which that sort of criticism so e. Hehas the djt vaccine Somye APB great doctor at Wes, Aditi, O wes fromo in othe rest of us that can they like roll that into the flu vaccine every year, maybe fantastic that wouldbe Fantho. That would be just terrific one mat. So djt will get up duringthese press conferences and Heill blurt out in accuracies, and then Dr Fouchewill have to see m actually Etoy Shaly as incorrect yeah. Let melittle go ahead and correct you on that. Sorry, Heyeah and you know reporters soDr Fouche's been making the rounds sitting down for interviews withmultiple publications and outlets, and he recently sat down with the NewYork Times yeah and he said that in an interview they publish on Saturday isquote. I don't want to embarrass thim. I don't want to act like a tough guy.Like I sit up to the president, I just want to get the facts out instead ofsaying you're wrong. All you need to do is can talk about what the data are andwhat the evidence is. So he is a I mean in this day and ageDada. It's all about data right that analytics like everything is based ondata. I think that's why people are gravitating towards Dr Fouchy, becausehe's no nonsense. Just it's Dada, driven only Dr Fouchi Yeah Yeah he's avoice of reason in this batshit crazy administration, because we have noleadership from the top down. This whole thing has been mishandled andIo'd like to call this instead of covid nineteen or the coronavirus, theRepublican virus, because it's their policies that were in place that madeit so that this spread was more possible and the prevention effortswere dismantled because of Republican policies. So I call it the Republicanvirus, that's an direct contradiction to what the Republicans are now callingit, which is. I don't even want to say it. I don'tI'm not going to say it. The Hillary climresing, the Hillary Clinton emailserver virus, I'm not going to say what they'recalling it, because I think it's drugatory and that I think it's justcompletely wrong. I don't even know what you're talking about. Oh really, what do you mean? They call it the Chinese virus? Oh Yeah. I wasn'tsure what you were referring to yeah yeah, I guess not Gr Yeah. It is the K.China, Chana, Cona, China, China, Shina, China, northwast Wisconsin. Were I'mfront? It's China to me: China, China, China, Shina, Shinow, Chin, Sin, China. You want to buy some China, that's great by from China, by toys from ChinaShine in particular Chin China. I have people that I know in China, China,China, the guys obsessed with China. I don't know what is it? Why is heobsessed with China? He needs to have a villain. He needs to have an adversary,so he can fight against it. Yeah- and this is hisgo to you know when he's in a corner when he clearly o put baby in a corner. Whenhe put this big baby in a corner. He resorts to racism, the guy, never he'sa Zenapubic yeah he's a xenophyvic ignorant fuck tir small little man, little man with little hands. That's a lottl to eat yoa very ti, O e a bylittle hand the biggest hands you ever seen. Little time I sa about tiny Hams. One itee, Oh back back to dor FOC, depends on what part of the countryyou're from okay. Don't know what that means, but I'll say I'll agree to that one. It'sfun so Djtis. He now continues to tout a anti malariadrug as a cure for the coronavirus, despite health officials, warnings thatthey don't know enough about the...

...effects to draw that conclusion. Soyou're saying I'm he's he's putting it yeah, he was. Hewas trying to get fall soap during one of these task force, press briefing, saying: Yeah, we've got this drug, that's going to work and it's Goin tobe a miracle cure and that you know what I think he was trying to do isjust kind of he's worried about the stock marketstock market has been plumbeting and I feel like he spused. These lies to tryto get the stock market to turn around. That's it, gats, O your correct, that'swhen he double down Osadura tweet of that hydrax of Chlorikin and as asThrou Aso Myason Yeah, we've taken together have a real chanceto be one of the biggest game. Changes in the history of medicine that Wasit'sIke JTSW WWHAT was Fouche's response to this because easi he's the real dealBouche says: I'm totally, I'm not totally sure what the president wasreferring to many things. You hear out there ar what I call an antidotalreports that mabe true, but if you really want to definitely know ifsomething works, you have to do the kind of trilit you get the goodinformation with okay, so Andi, just as a side note yeah anArizona man actually passed away. He died after an Jesting Cori shouldn'tlash fat. I hate to laugh and I why my lendan attempt to P in an attempt toprotect themself from becoming infected with the coronavirus. The man's wifealso ingested, that Drugon is currently under critical care. It's just thatwhen you say a Florida man, I can't help, but you know Arizona Man, Oh di, sayFlorida. I don't know anyway, I'saying yeah,THAT'S SAD! So he's PUTI super sads putting I is like direct relation towhat Djt is putting out there like you can, like. I don't think it's a farjump or FARLEA per to say that this man is dead because of Djt I mean many people are dead because ofDjt a lot of death as sure were prbod wouldnt have injested this substancethat they use to clean fish tanks. Thet wasn't for DJT. No, no! Well, you know what, if yeah, Iguess, yeah, I think so right when HEU put out falseinformation, false medical information that is just like and Y and you're in aposition of authority. That is really bad really really, but you haveyou have to take. You have to respect the position you're in if you're, thepresident could respect that people are going to listen to your, whether they should or not. You know, after yeah after these lastfour years, three and a half years, I forgot that, thanks for your mind to me,Oh kin welcome want a thing. What a thing well, as our self quarantinecontinues, and everybody is social distancing. These daily briefhings continue on, but fouchy Elon Emai ts there. I mean thatthat's the next thing right so dvt hehe seems to be changing. His positionafter a week of promoting self isolation, Selfquarantine hes sying last night in the middle of the nighthe went on twitter, yet again man he put out no caps quote. We cannot letthe cure be worse than the problem itself. At the end of the fifteen dayperiod, we will make a decision as to which way we want to go. So I think what he's trying to say isyou know we might just sacrifice. People who are on Medicare right nowputs just sacrifice them, but t I don't know we're goingto sacrifice o older. Idon't care about the deaths anymore, yeah, that's what he saw. The economystalled. Like I mean social security is what I meant yeah. He th economy stalled like thatis my platform for reelection. I have nothing else to go on if the economy is stalled, I've heardthat they're saying unemploymentis going to jump up to twenty percent. That's millions of people yeah and, like I was a matter of O defressionthes yeah they're freaking out like we need a push. The economy and jump start itonce again: onowther yeah they're they're talking about people who, even if they have symptoms to wear amask, but they can go back to work like theyre, like they're floaing out ideas like to just in this self quarantinebefore it actaly takes effect. You...

...can't just end the self quarantie. Now,I'm obviously not an infectious disease expert, but I did read Yor, not waitwhat yeah sorry to break it to you. o I've been lying toingout these years. Iread my ob this article, where one was talking about what it will take to getto the point where we're in normalsy now is going to take quite some time. What we're looking for is heard immunity. We need seventy sixty toseventy, your sevend. Seventy O eight, something like this again. Look it upyourself percent of the population to be immuned to this disease. That meansthey get it and they recover, and then we also need a vaccine as well. So ifwe have that and we have a good treatment and then we're able to ensure that people who are in the public's professions, liketeachers, doctors stuff, like that, if we're able to test them, then put themout there and ensure the public through some sort of testing that they have hadit and they're immune to it, then we're going to start to go back normal once once once peopleknow that they are no longer carriers of this thing. It's going to take some time. Itdoesn't happen overnight. You cant, it's Sokein happen in fifteen days. I'msorry, sorry, Trumbo Dumbo, I mean if you're sitting like avaccine or like a treatment plan. I mean you're talking a year to eighteenmonths, Weh yeah. I fully expect things to belike this for a year how about you? I've already accepted that in my head, just scientifically from what I've read, I'm not a scientist but just from whatthe scientists are saying, how about you? No no a year a year like this, that'snot a comfortable thought. I understand that. No, they don't think. So. What do you ti want to you want to know what I'm predictingisgoing to happen or what Shull happen, whatever yeah, what s? WHAT'S THE DI?What's the difference tell me well, I think what should happen isthat we do a basically an ational lackdown the whole like and police. Itlike everyone stays inside, for you know three weeks, so the disease diesand if you have it, then you get treated and after that like it shouldbe dead right W. I should go go away because we've all been away, we've beenin Selfquarantine what I think's going to happen, athat's. What they're trying to do in a lot of states? I mean that's what theyneed to do, but you can't do to one state, not do it in another. That isthe big issue. Yeah! That's why it needs to be national yeah. What Ithinks going to happen, as I think the DJT's Goin to allow like like people togo back to you, know everyone he's gonna push that people go back to workand and like two weeks from now, everyone will be going back to work andthen it's going to hit harder yeah than it is now and we're going to have tololk down even more and it's really going to fuck the economy yeah. I can see that happening ocit. Ithink that's what's going to happen, and you know what that would be perfectfor his reelection as well, because then that would throw the election intochaos and if less people are voting, then he has more likely he's morelikely to be relected. If hedoi suspended all together, he can't it doesn't have that power. Don't worry! Oh good, thank God! Yeah, okay, WE'LLBE RIGHT! Back, rot, Har More on Covid, because I mean that's what everybody'stalking about and it has started to infect members ofCongress. We'll talk to you about that, but first coming up next, somebody wasrunning for Congress. Jason Call He's a progressive out of Washington state, which has been hit hard by Covid by the way. So we can talk to him about that. That's up next on. It's news to us: Don't go anywhere: Jason and Jason. We have two jasonsonline right now, U Course Jason The cohost? We all do one love him, butalso Jason Call for Congress, he's a progressive running for Washington, Ohto against incumbent rick, Larson, and lots happening in Washington right now.Welcome to the show Jason. Thank you. Thank you very much for having me onhere. So you are trying to unseat the rick, Larson and you're trying to dothis without any superpack money right. That is correct, a Shao not justsuperpack, but no corpora pack, money whatsoever. So F, if I'm NEBISCO orcoals- and I say I have ten million dollars- you're not going to take it. I would not take a dime love it, no, not even from UNDOBISCO. They make somegood crackers come on man, the Bisco as subsidiar or craft. I believe craft is Ono the worstcorporations on the planet Sono. No, I...

...don't want that money, you we duee likeYoure at a deadvantage for not taking that money. Well, you know hares the interestingthing. What I found out is is that, while you need money to operate a race, you need to get your message out there. You don't need the kind of money that Canida like Rick Larse raises. Heraises and spends a million plus dollars in every election cycle, and hetakes it from the you know the worst corporation. You can think how he takesit from a military, industrial, complex and and the fossil fuel industry, and you know, t the transportation. Historytakes a lot of money from Boeing Boeing, a company that only just now decided itwas going to shut down for two weeks after one of its line, workers diedfrom the covid virus, so man what's wrong with you owithcorporate money, so you're saying, if you take corporate money, you might becompromised in office. I'm saying that the record of the votes of the peoplewho take that money and the way they vote is proof in my mind that you arecompromised. Yes, now presidential candidate and assumedDemocrat nominee, Joe Biden, he is up the arts of corporations. Are you? Do you think he'll be compromised if hewins and how so well, he'swell he's already said that he's not interestedin Medicare for all es. You know, I think Joe Biwhorepresents you know, first of all, he's not competent to whome office, butthat's one thing, but that's a big statement, though. Why do you thinkthat, because I actually said this to Jason, the Co host, ther and JasonDisagree with me: Didn't Shou, Jason Yeah, I think you're, if you, if you, if you think that if you're saying thatand you believe that, like you're playing into the hand of d trump- ohits completely, yes, if I criticize Democrats Iam, definitely helpingtrumpout all the way. Well, why do you say that I just feel like I? Maybe he you can kind of see his mentaldecline? Just I don't know. I readdon't me Rong much rather have him in officethan trump and will vote for him, but he wasn't my first choice but whyhe's, not compeo Hehe's he'sthere to protect wo. I don't think he's I think, he's going to be up there see.Democrats have made a lot of fun of trump for not being a terriblycompletent speaker and I d. ' I don't think that Biden is ilet. Me Really say this. I don't thinkhis presidency will be as bad as a TU presidency. I mean trump is awful and Ithink we could admit the trump is awful, but by abiding presidency is not goingto fight for the working class and the reason they are not going to fight forthe working class is because they are just a another arm of the oligarchy. The whole everybody drop out right before SuperTuesday and to us behind Bidin, because you know Ye manised to win SouthCarolina and is that that entire series of events was to prevent aBernie Sanders nomination and the reason the Democratic Party doesn'twant an Burny sandards nomination, because Bernie sandards is actuallymore of a threat to the democratic establishment than is President Trum.Actually, what is this Dacraa establishment that he is a threat to their corporate dotors and you're? Saying that it's welcomingdown to money, for it all comes down Tho money, itcomes down to. It, comes down to somebody local to Mevier and Washington, sate somebody like Jeff, Fasos or Bill Gates, right Jef Basose, who threw upwhat four million dollars to run a candadate against Shama Sawats, O theSeattle City Council, where Samasawat is clearly somebody who is standing upfor workers, rights for immegrant rights, for you know, workplace protections forincrease minimum wage, all the stuff that people like Jeff Basos Desos, do not support, because it's going toimpact their bottom wine, even though you know he's got what a hundred and fifteenbillion dollars your district, so you're in Washington and Washington isknown to be it's a tech hub. What are there? Anytech companies inthe washing district...

...two in district to its district, who is nota techcub district Bot? He was more of Boeing, bub and and and a military hep. Okay. Well!Well, Boeing! You know, has a lot of government contracts absolutely so Iguess it's sort of safe from. I mean like what what's been. The response toyour campaign. So far, are you getting a lot of support from people whenyou're out there on the streets and pouing the PAN, so thi peak?Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot about there on the streets right down, which is well. You Ais, definitely anfering our campaign. It's called aHasmat, so all of the campaign. I want you to go adoor to door ith the Asmatsuit. I think that would be great for your campaign. If you wore one of thoseknocked on doors, I'm more likely to wear a yellow best, but not it not a bad ideai think everybodywould open up their doors of a man with a Hasmat suit was knocking, they might be, but you know it might. It might freak them out a little bit, but you know honestly Wai. I reality. You know, I'm a an elected member of the state Central Committee. I waselected to represent my legislative district and I do have support frompeople in the party, not the traditional. You know DMC IPE people who are vot blue, nomatter who, but the standars wing of the party who has you know, really hadan impact on politics ore. Lo Locally, I mean a two thousand a and sixteen wecau this for Bernie and you know he wont to say State. Seventy threepercent, and so there is a contingent of people who are you know who havewornet. I mean I worked ith a Democratic Party for thirty years inand out, but I'm definitely very left wings. Lash progressive and I hateto even use the word progressive anymore because it keeps gettingcoopted by people who are not at all progressive. So you know I just say you know: I'mleft wing. I stand for workers, rights M, I'M I don't mind using the worddemocratic socialist. How many signatures do you need to be on the BApropet? How many? Second, how many signatures do you need to be on theballot? I need seventeen hundred and fortysignatures and you know I'm not I'm not necessarily worried about getting thosesignatures. There's also a ballot access be of seventeen hundred andforty dollars, which you know we already have. So if we can't get thoselast signatures that we need because the virus is, you know preventing us from doing doorto door camera sing, I mean we do. We do have you know a hundred plusvolunteers. WHOWHO are out there getting signatures from friends andfamily in the district, and you know we make it. We make it Ay, we don't, youknow, will just pay the ballot access be. We've talked to a couple of thecandidates like your self on this show Lauren Ashcroft, one of them from NewYork, no Lord Yeah and a couple others and the thing is like: okay, so you'renot taking superpack money and you're, not taking the corporate money you geton the ballots and and then what like? How do you pay for marketing, becauseyou're onn be going up a Bahemath Soso? Here's, the thing I mean if you,if you are Gret that I'll say this Rick Larson is not particularly well like inthe district. In fact, it is local party leaders. I mean chairs of localdistricts, who asked me to run in the first place, and there are some reasonsfor that: they don't like they wone they don't like Rick Style, F, corporaepolitics, because you know they are progressives themselves, and so I'vehad a number of local Party organization that is county orlegislative district. CAIRS tell me that they support me personally, I'mgoing through the endorsement process. I've already been endorsed by my ownlegislative district, local Democratic Organization and I'm working throughthe endorsemenn process for a number of others, and I believe that I will getat least half of the fourteen local Democratic Party organizations, whichwill then give me access to Bot builder. You know the the NGP Dan alot of Progressive Tanens who are running Ni corporate pack. Moneycampaigns have not made. You know they're kind of new at this, so theyhaven't made the Inros into the Democratic Party that I have, but I'vebeen working for Democratic candidates. For you know, fifteen years I worked onfo Howard, deep I that you're actually is it true that you're actually kickedout of the Democrat Party at one point for tearing down a big confederate Frflag in your neighborhood H, Wa I was suspended. No, that wastrue. I was. I was suspended from the...

State Central Committee of the WashnState Democrats for a period six months and in large part it was because of apersonal action, but I took which was to cut down a consederate flag. Thatwas on the back of a pickeup truck that was parked in front of you know anelementary school. It was just down the street from my daughters, high school, and so you know I did that, and I said I did it me saidI didn't apologize for it, Jason on Thi Ja, too conductome Jason Cohost. Do yousupport that action? wouldn' You do it when when is in Os us?No, no, I'm just Aris. I don't know it was back in March of two thousand andnineteen an it's it's okay, then no, I didn't say that I was justwondering I mean I dea you did what a lot of people want to do you diyour manof action? I mean I don't know, I agree with it, but I also disagree with it.The same time you probably like, were in the moment kind of angry about itright. Well, so I had passed by that particular pickup truck and I knew that it belongsd to a senior atHa high school that my daughter attended, because she identified thestudent and I had done to the first pool and I had said: listen, you got akid driving around with this thing. I think you should bring the king kid in.I think to talk to about what the symbolism is. I can't imagine what anumber of students are feeling having to walk past that thing on their way toschool every day, but I did set an internal salk and I said well: If theschool doesn't address it and they said they couldn't because it was parked ona city street, not on campus. I just kind of set my internal talk, and Isaid this thing is here next week: I'm just going to take it down myself, butI did pruvide the school with some resources that came from the southernpoverty law center and some black lives matter on educating education anddiversity, which this year they have decided that they might have a littlebit of a diversity, probably Uin the district, and so they implemented aprogram early in the year and I emailed the first Poland. I said I like to think Iyou know was able to contribute to your direction here. Yeah. I meanoe takesome bold action like that, but also yeah there you all right. We don't getto that anymore, because I think the arants reaction, yeah Buti, don't know. I kept the thing tow. I shredded it, Itossed it back in the picked up truck. I never heard from it now. I said ifanybody wanted to file vandalism charges on me. I take those vandalismcharges you want to find. You have bad misdermeanor on my record. Okay findsomebody h looks at what it was. I cut down a consederate flag. I I'm finewith that, so I was going to take whatever consequences, but nobody everfiled any charges. The only people who ever complained about this were some ofthe local Centris Democrats. So that's where that went okay now is he still flying the flag on histruck? Oh T, this was a year ago and you knowI believe I believe another one did arise at some point, but you know Ileft a little. I had already been suspended from the Party and I was likeall right. I'm just you know I did it once. Maybe I shouldhave dud it again just for consistency, but you know never really got theopportunity. Jason Call is running for Congress and Washington O Te. Yourstate has been just devastated by the coronavirus. It is one of the epiceners man. What would you do to combat this virusif you were in office right now? If I had the virus and I was in office,if you were in office, I will I mean, if you're random, Paul, okay, sure Iwill I go swimming in the pool, yea tecoelse, right, yeah EXAC, so I mean realistically, if I was in office, Iwould have encouraged a people to take this much more seriously. Much earlier, like I had mentioned just a short while ago, Boeing only just now fose down their largest manufactoryfacility, which is right here in my district, an ever after they know now acouple of dozens people have been infected and one worker has died, andso, as you see so many times in the corporate world, it will takesomebody's death or injury for people to take action if it's going to affecttheir bottom life. I certainly would have encouraged people in this state to o of lockdown a whole lot earlier than they did.Knowing that we had. I think there were a couple ofepisenters here for the corona virus in thes state, one of them in Kirflan, and I think there wasanother one down in a Pierce County which is south of me, but you know, Ithink one of the things I would certainly beadvocating for, if I was in office, is...

...a Medicare for all program and I thinkthe fact that we have not had testing facilities or we have not veryprepared for testing or that there is profit linked to an affordabilityleaped to be able to get this Te. These testas criminal, I think you know theyshould be manufactured for free and well not for free, but the you know thegovernment would pay the cost. There should be any propit made off of themand they should be widely available to everybody which hasn't happened. However, under meter under a Medicare for all system, you know we, I think wewould not be wondering whether people are going to get the health care theyneed, because healthcare would be a priority, and I don't think healthcareis a priority right now. Couldn't agree with you more, I mean that's why I wasa big Bernie supporter and Still Lam, I'm been he's not going to get. Thenomination doesn't look at this point, but I think Medicare for all isprobably the biggest hurdle of our generation and- and also I mean there's, there's manymore- that we don't have any time to get into it. But we appreciate comingto the show Jason Call. It's called for Congresscom if you D liked, if you'rein the Washington area or even if you're not you want to learn more abouthis message, go to callicoms call for Congress with an sor, not the four andit's the same on facebook and twitter twitter. It's called for Congress. Yes,good luck with the rest of your campaign. Keep US posted and we reallyhope that you win that way. You can be an elected member and guest on the showregularly we love to have an electo gest. We can time very much. Thank GranPaul used to be on the show boat after you got covid. We told no more all right. All right, thank oethank. You youto! I all right Ebby, yes, just the you know kind of following upto what you and Jason were talking about. As far as you know, the Progressive Wing of theDemocratic Party do you think that the ideas are good, but maybe Bernie wasthe wrong mouthpiece for them. Obviously, that's what we're seeing inthe with how it's playing out I mean personl. Personally, you thinkthat personally I liked Bernie, but after looking at the numbers, I thinkyou're right. If Bernie was you know forty five years old andattractive, I think his messager go further, because people are vain idiots. That's how you get to the et its just by being vain is what I mean right, so the Progressive Wink shouldfind a kane of it that what fits that bill a should begood, yeah. Honestly. Yes, it comes down to that, because if you look at most presidential elections where progressives are successful, it is one they're all good, looking or at leastare attractive or not ugly ore, not yelling, all the time, yeahabod likes pern. I liked I like the fact that he was just an angry, andthat was he he's not angry has eve right to be angry, though, and I agreewith this anger- it's just like you're right. His delivery aguess is offpudding yeah, but when you're talking to theAmerican people and you're yelling- and it's offputting like that- doesn'treally go well right, like it's one thing, if you're yelling at someoneelse like trump or like someone specific but like when you're dressinglike the American public, maybe you should just take a more calmer tact mperhas. Maybe this is what we'velearned lessons learned man, the show is just getting away from us because wehad this whole other segment planned. I'm not sure that we can talk aboutwhat we have planned, but we'll figure it out. We're can tin, quick break, come back and breaking news. I have some breakingnews for you. Doyou want Break News, Yeah! Okay! I want you to brace yourself this. Just in someone that Jason- and Iknow has been positive- cont is positive forcovid nineteen. What somebody that you and me know ispositive from open contects more after this. Oh, my God, it's news to us live on AB radio. We'reback here and Jason is before we hit the break. I said: There's somebodythat we both know that claims to be positive, covid nineteen positivearcoughing, like a maniac right now so t must be true. It is Davi in Autralia...

...is, is gentleman from Delandashi, I'm gonn trdntoomy bad mybdon'don't on apogy. Are you tanking now? Are you being real? Yes, I'm in isolation at the moment, are you serious so yeah? So our government, as of yesterday, implemented what they calling qoneunquote stage, one which is they shut? All bars, clubs, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, any social gathering, basically of overfifty people, Theinde the and even our shopping centers are only lettingpeople in ten of the time h and sometimes you have to wait like yeahhours, but because I'm in isolation, I have to get people to go and get stuff. For me I mean it's like O gotta back up here, David you're, like too muchinformation. So when whenwen did your symptoms begin and when did you get atest, so I begin symptoms about seventeen days ago and after the first day or two Ou, youknow like being in my early theies, I was just like Oh yeah. I got a cold, whatever nothing, big and and sort of just starting Yo gress for yoursesymtomsshit. What were your symptoms? Wat were your sipte. If I can explainit in any way, it's like your lungs are filling up with fluidright and it's just yeah. It started or it started off as abit of not sinus and a bit of Feber, like my temperature wasa couple of degree. Over Thenolm David, you have any PRETT existing medicalconditions that might make you more predisposed to the symptoms being worse, made a powpat from P, ok in a septictank, I'm healthy as a motherfucker okaysorry, so yeah. I know no preexisting Mani Coal Conditions Wat! You are you a smoker, a big Buton? Are you a smoker? No, no! Well, four twenty, but not notcigarettes, no yeah! Four twenty doesn't count yeah exactly. It started firm cases there. It's Heckis Boys, it's just getting outof control. It really really is it's Wa Hang on David, let's, let's slow down alittle bit, so you start gatting these symptoms and then at what point? Didyou decide to go get tested? So I called a national number and Iactually had to wait twenty four hours in a q for someone to comeon to test mebecause we were running low on tisket. So after three days and I started gettingreally bad and on the third day I'll explain it to you like this boys I feltlike death. Like I had the I was so hot I was in. I was in a cold shower and Ifelt like I was still profusely sweating and I felt like I was drowningin drowning, an fluid on my lungs and theheadaches and nausea that that follow, and you just know that something reallynot good is happening, and I only envisioned if I was an elderly personor a young person that would be just fucked. Let's talk about Youad reqiorlet's talk about your exposure. Where do you think that you might havebeen exposed and have been washing your hands? Have you been following theadvice? Have you been up a Touchin your face? I have been very, very fastidiouswith with hand cenitization, and you know I'm not a dirty person. I alwayslearned to be empire couhind. You know I don't when I go shopping or whateverI on't. So where is thes Oer so must have been inhaling. Do you know anybodythat has confirmed case or it's been ill? Okay, so this is where theyavepraced it back to on the Friday before I got tested sogot live six days before hit. I was at a restaurant in my main city meeting Brenth right and we weremeaning in a big restaurant and back you know. Even two weeks ago no one wastaking the shit seriously. Everyone was just like whatever you know, so we werein this restaurant and there was a diner and at restaurant that was on...

...flight from Wohan to Sydney and theBris been my capital city, and then he got off. The plane went to a hotel inthe city and he ate at the restaurant, where I was at so that's. How fucked is that sostraight from Moohan Youwoa? That's, that's! That's the linkbecause every when you can diagnose youre right what our government anyway, they want to know who you see where you've been as te Shoul done, YeTeasthey, ausuly, TRAC, Tis back to one person, Jason was kind of doubting thatyou might have corona virus Jason. What do you think Tomm Soryi think it might still bedoubting it, but Jason is doubting a story Ma. I don't take offense to out Jason,go ahead and ask your questions. Why are you doubting it? YEAHI'M? Not I'm just you know, I'mskeptic Goifeel like this is one of Eddy's tricks. No, I have no TRU, noI'm JAS JSAID. I wouldn't I wouldn't lie about. This is a serious thing. Ihonestly just wanted to pitch him, because if you're sinking O me fromUSTRALIA and I've been affected by, I will e Tak swear uner on yourdaughter's life that I did not set this Oo Fuck. You man no cause I'll swim onYOURDOS YOU GOTA GN! That's how confident I am that I didn't set thisup yeah but don't bring my daughter into it. Well, I love her dud, so I'mjus lying you cross. The just do that again. I'M NOT OKAY! Well, sorry ocrossthe line, but I ut. What I was trying to communicate is that I did not setthis up, but I'm confident that- and I can we GE go back to I'm feeling now.Do you want to know how I'm feeling now it so I'm like so I've done my my isolation right so isolation sucks, but I get my test back by it literallywhats a sor in four hours time. I should have my results back, but I tellyou what Theye just put me on a lot ofanibiotics and I've, just not smoked, anyefore, twenty and just takin plentyof rest and just ate healthy and I've gotten better. So that's that's theshining, that's the shining light. So I don't I'm not fearful for my life thatI'm going no die, but it's just it's crazy that you knowwhether you Wu the ist hand would get this what's Gon, what's Goingto happen, moving forward, Thou, so you've tested positive, and now you have to have acouple tests proving that youre negative right before you're able to move about society Gre Integrate thereintegration. I think they called but yeah it's basically they that what ourgovernment is doing is a mandatory Sev me to so after the final test, it'sanother seventy two hours and then Youare your right to go because theyjust want to like double double double check: sort of thing. So now dbe anisolation at home or ere you in the hospital. No, because because the hospitals, abig, overrun anyone, that's not under the age of twelve or over the age ofSixy, five has basically home isolation. So we don't cram up the hospital system. You know what I mean, because I don't need to be on a ventilator. You knowwhereis someone that eighty five will be so I'd rather not give up that bedspot for myself and just you know, look after it myself, but it just only realbit the two shites things Walreshat things about this corntof viruses onthe headaches to the fever and and three the isolation. That's you know, that's you know the couhing or whatever ismanageable, but yeah you get just some intense fevers and intense headachesand it's just not pleasant. Go ahead. Jason. You had a question Welli'm curious, so you said when you got tested, someone came toyour house to deliver the test or take the test yeah.So we have a program. It's Likewe call it one three health, butit's like Youre hundred, eight hundred health or whatever, for you guys andit's a nationwide doctor serves, and theyhave stepped up for this testing because they don't want peopleto go into doctor surgeries or in the public places if they think they arepositive to address the spreading so...

...they're, trying to as much as humanlypossible, allocate home testing or what they call remote testing so that it'snot put in the general mainstream public. So it's it's interesting, because I'v watchedsome of the stuff from the SDATES and compared to US- and I have to honestlysay: We've got you know a very small foraction of your population, but we'retaking this way more seriously than you guys are anyway more serious and youshould be, and David's Ge get well sorry to hear that you have it, butwe're glad to hear that you're recovering you're, not in a seriouscondition. So that's a good boys kicking with me nextweek from the Younes and yeah, I'm sure I'll be fine. YOU'LL BE MIBUSHITBROYEAH! I get the skepticism but yeah. It's I just really wanted to call in becauseI was just. I can't even believe that I test a positive men. My friends can'tbelieve it they're, like you, know, Wi'th thirty, in our thirties. We don'tget this shit, but it just happend, so be careful everybody! You don't excludenoone B. Thank you David and get well. Thank you for. Thank you, gentlemen.Take Care, you see boysh all right, Bi do well. There is David, an Australiascrap. You think that I set that up. That's insulting is it. Why is it why cul I set that is it? Isit Lik e David Callin and cough uncontrolably, yeah jus, say yeah, I'MCOVID! Ninety! No, I'm O I'm taking this seriously! Okay! Well, I can see that sorry. What do you mean? You can seethat I can see you doing that boy. Co, wo called Ho cried Wolf. Okay, I've hada lot of pranks on the show before I understand that I don't know how it's Likl I mean likeif it were prank by now the Jokeou be over, and I would tell you what you got me or go whatever. Well, hopefully, David gets BITCO, an agood show. Well, Dod all right. I hope everyone takes takespublic of officials, the experts, the doctors out there saying to stay home, hope, you're.
